Which guitar amp is better?

You probably won't sound exactly like AC/DC on any of them for one reason: All of those amps are solid-state. AC/DC's amps use vacuum tubes. The two different types of amps sound quite different from each other, and most amps that use vacuum tubes are much more expensive to build.

All of the amps you listed will give pretty good rock sounds for the average player and are pretty versatile, but none of them are professional-grade. That said, I am very impressed with the sound of Marshall's MG series of amps and I would choose it for myself out of the choices you listed.

For the record, AC/DC uses Marshall Amps, but not the MG series. Angus Young uses a Marshall 1987 50-watt tube amp and a Marshall 4x12 cabinet to record. If you were to buy an amp setup like his today, it would cost over $2500. It would also be so loud that you couldn't hear yourself think.
