I use my Dunlop 535Q - it's very versatile, the range, peak, volume are all adjustable, it has a solo boost, etc. It's not a metal-only pedal, and it doesn't color your tone as much as the signature models you've listed.

From what I've heard, if I was focusing only on metal and had to choose from what you've listed, I would try either the Dimebag or the Slash.
